Fluent speakers of any of these languages to assist for perhaps 30 minutes in helping me locate prison population data of your (and other) countries. Come and find me on Twitter and w can discuss when you might be available to locate Ministry of Justice and/or Prison Services. I know how to look and what to look for but I lack the relevant language skills. It isn't easy to Google Search for  what can be colloquial terms.
